Recruiters Candidate and requirement Management System (RCRMS)

The Recruiters Candidate and requirement Management System helps in managing the recruitment process from initial client proposal to final offer acceptance. Our RMS is a web based application that has a database of candidates, requirements and companies. The RMS enables a recruiter to quickly locate and survey information about requirements, candidates and clients.

Payroll Management system (PRMS)

The Payroll Management System covers all government-mandated forms for companies to maintain and provides these forms in an easy-to-use format for both employees and employer, saving time over manually processing. The software assigns the employee a salary structure then starts generating and managing payroll processes for the particular employee. The payroll management system is capable of generating all reports related to company, employee, attendance, government forms etc. in an efficient, accurate manner.

Time/Vacation management system (VMS)

The Time Management System, assists in assigning employees to different shifts and also stores information like shift name, shift number, start time / end time, weekly offs, vacations etc. The system provides the employee with leave forms, information on balance leaves and information on encashable leaves/non-encashable leaves. During leave application the system captures the data-like leave type, leave application date , reason for leave , address and contact number during leave in case of an emergency. The leave request is then sent to HR Department for approval and simultaneously links to the payroll system for the salary generation.

Employment Reference Management system (ERMS)

We give utmost priority to reference checks; our candidates go through different levels of reference checks which are formulated to comply with our client, company and legal compliances. The automated Reference Management System pulls out the social/professional presence of the candidate determining the email, phone numbers and address of the candidate from various networking sites and aids in a thorough reference check. The RMS has a predefined set of rules to verify the work authorization, background check, etc. Without accomplishing these checks the profile does not reach the client and approving manager.

Quality-Issue Management system (QIMS)

It has set of rules to evaluate on the basis of resourcefulness, team work, managerial proficiency, risk taking ability etc. Depending on these evaluations, the employees are appraised monetarily at specific intervals. It ensures visibility on what our staff is working on through its in-built set of analytical reports. EAMS also supports the regular monitoring of progress throughout the year with its built-in review meetings.

Time Entry and Expense Management System (TEEMS)

Teems is an intuitive yet powerful web-based timesheet that simplifies time and expense management. It is an entirely web-based product with easy to use interface and accessible from all popular platforms and web browsers. Once an employee provides the timesheet to his/her immediate supervisor, it is either approved or rejected .If approved it gets forwarded to the next level supervisor. After the approval from the third level supervisor, the timesheets are updated in the system. The TEEMS then notifies pending time entry and also for approved timesheets. The system would also notify for rejected timesheets. The TEEMS can be easily installed on local servers. It enables expense entry view for employee to enter their expenses occurred on project and detail reports for monitoring expenses.
