The President of GDKN, Vic Narang, is involved with several community organizations, one being the Memorial Healthcare System where he serves as the Vice Chairman on the Board of Commissioners.

For the last five years, the Executive Vice President and co-founder of GDKN, Jay Narang, has been serving on the Board of Directors at the Florida State Minority Development Council (FSMSDC), formerly SFMSDC. He has helped the council in its direction so as to increase the efforts of opening opportunities for the MBE communities, and the states by going after DBE business opportunities with the DOT.

Jay Narang attends quarterly national leadership meetings with the NMSDC to help with steering information of the organization to help improve the performance of the council. In addition, Jay serves as the chairman of the MBE Input Committee where the MBEs come together on a monthly basis to provide feedback to the council. This feedback helps the council to better understand their needs and come up with the necessary programming in line with what the MBEs of the council need
