BASIC FUNCTION • Verify and maintain accuracy of inventory through cycle counting and reconciling inventory records and transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Understanding and execution of procedure and processes for receipts, issue and transfer of all materials • Maintain and monitor inventory integrity • Conduct cycle counts, and recounts when required, at assigned inventory locations; and record counts on appropriate forms, and/or systems. • Reconcile cycle counts with the SAP stock status balance, utilizing SAP reports; performing inventory reconciliation processes to determine root cause of inconsistent data. • Maintain necessary inventory records to report cycle count accuracies on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Review reconciliation and root cause with the appropriate supervisor and/or planner and work together to determine the appropriate error resolution to eliminate the cause of the error. • Act as a resource in reconciling inventory adjustments determined from the production and shipping floor. • Make the necessary corrections to reflect accurate inventory values. • Complete Special projects as needed. • Compiles, sorts, reviews, verifies and shares accuracy of Inventory data. • necessary. • Investigates all non-conformance actions and recommends corrective actions. • Receives and checks inbound material accurately and timeliness

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Requires a High School diploma or GED and one (1) to two (2) years of experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required. • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • There are some Supervisory responsibilities while covering for Manager.
