• This position is responsible for supporting customer inquiries and program implementation on demand response and managed charging programs.
• This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses, tracking response status, coordinating with more senior staff and other parties to resolve questions when necessary, and preparing and maintaining analysis spreadsheets. • Provide general support on program implementation and marketing/communications. • The position will be expected to learn and stay up to date on program rules and processes, background orders and business rules/standard operating procedures.
Knowledge/Skills:
• Basic problem-solving skills, customer service and attention-to-detail. • Working knowledge of standard office computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Education/Experience:0-3 years related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Typical task breakdown and rhythm • Interaction level with team (teams, email, in person meetings) • Work environment description (in the field, office setting) Typical task breakdown: • Handling customer communications that come in to share inboxes- responding or route them to the needed party • Working with PM to understand program rules and guidelines and to stay updated if any changes take place to service customers
