Job Description

1. What is your experience with manufacturing engineering and semiconductor-based products.

3. Do you have any experience with transitioning new products from development to production.

• Our team addresses product risks, develops new or modifies processes, defines process and product requirements, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) inertial sensors, pressure sensors, magnetic sensors, and microelectronics.

• As a Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer at client Aerospace, you will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing processes and products. 
• You will help the team achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification for both existing and new processes and products. 
• You will maximize efficiency by analyzing product requirements, workflow, capacity, assembly methods, and work force utilization. 
• Support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects for new products in a challenging environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide test and manufacturing support for MEMS inertial, microelectronics, and magnetic and pressure sensor products.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements. 
• Statistically analyze data to help evaluate and qualify process and product changes.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist development of new products.
• Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
• Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of engineering experience
