Role Description: • This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst located in Jacksonville, FL. • The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. • The Analyst will be responsible for managing incidents and service requests, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clients regularly. • The Service Desk Analyst will offer both onsite and remote support for computer hardware, software applications, incident troubleshooting, and configuration to an assigned group of client companies. • Participating in IT services as assigned (EG: Backups/Restoration, Threat Prevention – as a service) • Although the role is predominantly scheduled within standard/common office hours, the availability of the successful candidate for after-hours rotational “on-call” support, and varying shift schedules is required. Qualifications: • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills • Analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues • Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well in a team • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred • Experience with MS Office application, Office 365, SharePoint/One Drive, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Exchange required • Experience with building and repairing computer hardware, and a working knowledge of past and existing computer hardware components & technologies required. • A theoretical or working knowledge of virtualization and remote application delivery services preferred • Experience with Active Directory, Domain Services, and Windows operating systems (consumer/server) required • Experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment is preferred |
