PROPOSAL MANAGER The Proposal Manager completes or manages the following tasks: • Manage proposal process from cradle to grave. • Development of proposal final production cycles and required resources. • Manage cross functional teams to meet strict deadlines. • Coordinate closely with the sales organization to ensure win strategies and themes flow throughout the proposal to ensure quality, winning bids. • Generate detailed RFP response plan and schedule. • Analyze RFP requirements to determine compliant response structure and volume outlines. • Development of proposal review plans and facilitate document and color reviews. • Develop review team evaluation packages and then record, disseminate, and track accepted recommendations. • Work in progress, turnaround time and on time to receiver metrics reporting. • Initiate, manage and complete process improvement projects. • Perform functional team collaboration responsibilities. • Schedule and facilitate proposal tag-up meetings. • Establish the electronic copy file structure, archive, and back-up capability and procedures for proposal materials. • Provide access to team members to Documentum and manage the security requirements of the access. • Manage the production of draft and final text and graphics. • Coordinate the internal flow and review of proposal inputs and outputs. • Maintain real-time development status and version control of proposal text and graphics. • Direct the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging of final master proposal and hard/soft copy as required. • Assist in any other tasks required to develop a quality proposal. • Leadership reporting and presentations |
