Job Description
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting OR Associate with 5+ years is okay

• We looking for a contracts administrator to support with an upcoming project. 
• The project will be focused on executing contracts for a new program that we will be launching and will require a detail orientated administrator to help drive this project. 
• The selected candidate will report to the Global Channel Marketing Leader and will be an integral part of this project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals
• Assist and manage with contracts execution and signature follow up
• Assist with contract terminations where necessary
• Coordinating with internal staff on contract follow ups and signatures
• Assist with other administrative tasks - including but not limited to data entry or asset indexing
• Project Management
• Create process and documentation for this project

YOU MUST HAVE
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting OR Associate with 5+ years is okay
• 0-2 years of experience
