Pre-Screen Questions:
1. - What is your experience working with engineering change orders?
2. - Describe your experience using Product Data Management tools. Have you used Teamcenter, and if so, what tasks did you perform in it?
3. - How do you keep engineers and cross‑functional partners informed when you’re tracking or coordinating multiple moving pieces?
4. - This job involves managing many concurrent tasks. How do you prioritize and stay organized when dealing with complex or high‑volume workloads?

Role Overview:
• This role is responsible for tracking, managing, and facilitating the completion of technical action items—primarily those associated with engineering change orders (ECOs).
• The work itself is non‑technical, but the tasks being monitored are technical in nature.
• Success requires strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of team members whose priorities may compete.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized, rolling list of action items, including owners, status, constraints, and required support.
• Meet regularly with team members to gather status updates, identify issues, and help drive timely resolution.
• Learn and use Siemens Teamcenter to identify ECO owners and task routing; operations within Teamcenter are straightforward and training will be provided.
• Engage directly with responsible individuals to prioritize reviews, remove barriers, and ensure actions progress toward approval.
• Provide daily status updates and summary reports to stakeholders.
• Document constraints, communicate them to management, and support follow‑through on resolution.
• Perform additional related tasks following the same structured approach of: engage → identify constraints → document → escalate → assist with resolution.

Required Skills & Attributes:
• Highly organized with strong follow‑through.
• People‑oriented, with the ability to work effectively across teams and navigate competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick, proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Able to learn and reliably operate Teamcenter.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in coordination, project support, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ECO processes and product data management (PDM) tools is preferred.
• Experience applying judgment to plan, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
