Description:

• As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of special Pricing Project for the Government End Use Pricing organization under Commercial Excellence.
• You will report directly to the Pricing team Sr Manager.

• In this role, you will be leading a small team of pricing analysts in refreshing proposals.  
• You will need strong financial acumen and be able to lead and mentor analysts for timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, and reporting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee complex programs
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Re-pricing of FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates.
• Lead and oversee the execution of the project.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Utilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance.
• Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
• Ensure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
• Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teams
• Monitor and report program performance metrics
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
