Job Description
• Join client Aerospace and contribute to the design, development, and integration of innovative repair solutions for advanced electronic avionics equipment. 
• As a Sr Electrical Engineer within the Global Repair & Overhaul Engineering (GROE) organization, you will help sustain and expand client Avionics Repair & Overhaul (R&O) business through engineering problem solving, cost reduction initiatives, and repair capability growth.
• You will play a key role in analyzing failures, enhancing diagnostic processes, and developing repair improvements at the circuit card level. 
• This role is based at the client Olathe Service Center, part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) network.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, analyze, and validate unit level and circuit card–level failure data.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and develop creative, practical engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with repair technicians to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for improved repair methods.
• Use electronics and engineering fundamentals to research, evaluate, and propose product and process improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for repair cost reduction and productivity enhancements.
• Expand avionics repair capability through development and deployment of new repair processes.
• Coordinate with product design engineering, test engineering, and service center teams to resolve issues involving product modifications, upgrades, and repair development efforts.
• Drive standardization of repair and test procedures across multiple sites to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Provide clear communication on findings, status updates, and resolutions to internal stakeholders.

Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (engineering, technology, science, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.
