• As an Assembler – Level 1, you will produce high quality products and services by assembling and inspecting components to ensure they meet required quality standards. • You will support safe and efficient operations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities • Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy • Use hand tools to assemble parts according to work instructions • Operate and monitor production equipment in assigned work area • Set up and perform basic changeovers on equipment • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Comply with all safety rules and site procedures • Record, analyze, and report production data • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Support the client Operating System (HOS)
Basic Qualifications (You Must Have) • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience • Ability to follow written and visual work instructions • Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand tools
Preferred Qualifications (We Value) • Experience working in SAP or VKS systems • High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to analyze information and troubleshoot issues • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Good coordination, motor skills, and communication abilities • Certifications in fabrication, electronic assembly, or related fields |
