Job Description
• We don't need a recruiter for this position, we need someone who can do the reporting and analytics as a priority.

 These are the non-negotiables for this role:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and summarize insights for leadership
• Strong ability to tell a clear and compelling story with data, translating complex findings into insights that leaders and partners can easily understand and use to make decisions
• Proficiency with Excel including PivotTables, Power Query, vlookup, xlookup, Index and Match data, formulas, data visualization including bar, line, pie, and combo charts, conditional formatting

Position Summary
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will strengthen the hiring process through high quality reporting, analytics, and proactive pipeline development. 
• This role blends analytical capability with relationship building to ensure the business has reliable access to qualified talent. 
• The Specialist will create and manage key TA reports, identify trends, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to build a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track TA performance including candidate flow, funnel metrics, time to fill, source effectiveness, and other insights
• Translate data into clear stories and recommendations that guide strategy and improve processes
• Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to TA and business leaders
• Monitor data integrity in the applicant tracking system and ensure consistent documentation
• Evaluate effectiveness of sourcing strategies, partnerships, and programs using data driven analysis

Pipeline Development
• Develop and sustain talent pools in support of critical roles through strategic sourcing and networking
• Build relationships with external partners including universities, technical schools, community organizations, and industry groups
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities
• Create proactive sourcing strategies to identify emerging and experienced talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand future workforce needs and develop long term talent solutions

Candidate Experience and Support
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and inclusive experience for candidates from first contact through offer
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers
• Support hiring events, interview coordination, and related recruitment activities as needed

Qualifications
Required
• Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, HR, or a related field
• Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Preferred
• Experience with reporting in an ATS such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Greenhouse
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies for a variety of role types
