1. Heavy Industrial experience 2. Forklift (only about 10% of job) 3. High school degree or GED (Mill Location)
• (Labor position) Must have strong commitment to safety and quality; engaged in all aspects of work; ability to interact well with the team. • Perform general manual labor around the mill including picking up paper; sweeping floor; cleaning with various hand tools; shoveling; handling chemicals; operating core cutting machine to cut cores. • Worker will need to be able to operate a forklift to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, transport paper rolls and pallets. • All other labor and general utility work as assigned. • Needs to be able to lift 50lbs. • The worker will need to be able to tolerate an environment that can/will be hot, cold, dirty. • The worker must be able to read a tape measure.
• We are also a tobacco free facility�no smoking, chewing, e-cigs, snuff anywhere on company property including the parking lot and grounds.
• While prior forktruck experience would be great, we will train.
