• we are looking for individuals with at least 2-3 years of industry or electronic test experience, troubleshooting systems or even down to the component level. • Performs ESS/functional testing processes using a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results. • Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment. • May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a testing environment. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • Works under general supervision. • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. • Typically reports to a supervisor. • Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct ESS/functional testing (and troubleshooting) activities on complex electronic systems • Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues • Follow testing procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards • Maintain accurate documentation of test results and provide shift reports • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the development of best practices
Required
• 2+ years of experience in conducting ESS/functional testing and troubleshooting activities on electronic systems • Attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures accurately • Have a secret security clearance or able to obtain a secret security clearance • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic testing procedures and equipment
Valued
• Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field • High school diploma/GED Equivalent • Experience with navigation systems • Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes |
