Job Description
• The ideal candidate is an experienced procurement professional proficient in using SAP as their primary procurement software. 
• They should possess a background in purchasing electronic components and/or assemblies, as well as mechanical parts and/or assemblies. 
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and specifications, along with project management experience and supplier relationship management skills, is also desirable.

2. How familiar is the candidate with the use of SAP and with reading engineering Drawings or Technical Data Sheets
3. The job will require some project management due to the complexity or product and issues.

• As a Sr. Procurement Fulfillment Buyer here at client , you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a strategic level. 
• You will play a pivotal part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. 
• You will report directly to our Sr. Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, Florida. 
• In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of procurement projects by leveraging your expertise in procurement, cost savings, and process improvements across our procurement operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity. 
• Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, focusing heavily on driving continuity of supply and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline. 
• Manage supplier communication • Understand market trends 
• Deal with invoice discrepancies 
• Ensure compliance with strategic procurement

YOU MUST HAVE 
• Bachelor degree (Business, Supply Chain, or applicable technical degree preferred) and 3+ years buyer/procurement experience. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement operations. 
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 
• Proficient in procurement software and tools. 
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.
