• As a Sr. Procurement Fulfillment Buyer here at client , you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a strategic level. • You will play a pivotal part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. • You will report directly to our Sr. Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, Florida. • In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of procurement projects by leveraging your expertise in procurement, cost savings, and process improvements across our procurement operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity. • Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, focusing heavily on driving continuity of supply and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline. • Manage supplier communication • Understand market trends • Deal with invoice discrepancies • Ensure compliance with strategic procurement
YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor degree (Business, Supply Chain, or applicable technical degree preferred) and 3+ years buyer/procurement experience. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement operations. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Proficient in procurement software and tools. • In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.
