Job Description
Overview:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules across multiple initiatives. 
• This role ensures timely execution of tasks while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules to support successful delivery of objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate status reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure work assignments and timelines align with organizational policies and priorities.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for effective decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and proficiency with associated tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Familiarity with project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
