Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead and coordinate complex supply chain initiatives across Aerospace programs. 
• This high-visibility role requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset to drive recovery efforts and execution excellence across global sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across all Aerospace product lines, ensuring alignment with program goals and supply chain strategies.
• Drive supplier recovery plans for past-due items, particularly for Army programs, and manage shortage actions across Lines of Business (LOBs).
• Develop and present official recovery plans and progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadership using tools like PowerPoint.
• Create, interpret, and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) reports to support planning and recovery efforts.
• Serve as a key liaison for customer-facing, internal business team, and ISC leadership communications.
• Utilize and navigate key Aero tools and platforms including SAP, Tableau, SFDC, Customer Portals, eCATS, HASP, and the ISC Aero Dashboard.
• Apply full-spectrum supply chain knowledge—from tactical execution to systemic strategy—to accelerate functional growth and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with Focused Supplier Recovery and Supplier Rate Readiness teams to ensure supplier performance and readiness.
• Prepare and deliver reports and updates to upper management, summarizing project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and data interpretation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer-facing and leadership-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Aerospace supply chain operations and planning processes is highly desirable.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems programmatically in a fast-paced, global environment.
