• Works directly with Business Transformation Director for North America. Works on projects directly related to business transformation. • Reports team status updates, schedules and facilitates meetings with field and support functions to resolve open issues related to ongoing projects. Successful candidate must be skilled with Excel, PowerPoint and Teams applications. • Knowledge of Sharepoint and workflows a plus. • Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
