•Description:
•Intake meeting notes: 100% in office, Performs a variety of receptionist functions. •Meets and greets guests, ordering lunches, booking and preparing rooms for meetings. •Ability to interact at the Exec level and ensure professionalism. •Represent the client in a positive way. •Answering phones and provides information to callers as needed and direct calls to appropriate party. •Accepts deliveries and routes to appropriate individual. •Help stock office supplies. •May assist with other office duties as needed. •Position will require Monday-Friday in office, 7:30am-4:30pm (Arizona time).
Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. •Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. •Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. •Performs a variety of tasks. •Works under general supervision. •Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
