• Primary duties include answering phones, sorting mail, distributing, controlling, and/or decontrolling call tags, one-time pickups, and driver follow-up, • distributing center messages to drivers, auditing and updating time cards, and preparing address corrections. • There is minimal customer contact and no responsibility for on-demand services. • Other duties may upload and/or download of the DIAD, coordinating DIAD equipment control, and other general center responsibilities.
