Time sensitive deadlines to meet.
- Connecting tissue between Sales and GSC
- High volume of Order status update
- Manage the prioritization of open orders when GSC let us know we are close to receiving parts for a specific products
- Requesting updated ship date for past due orders (from 9 sales reps on 80% of their orders)
- Follow up on promised ship date and make changes needed to allow order to ship (Sales > GSC > Sales Admin > Shipping)
This is a role requires :
- Self-organization to track of incoming orders from several sales rep on different products
- Consistency and persistence to follow up with the plants several times on same request
- Attention to details as there is a high volume of requests to process with similar part numbers
