Job Description

Product Marketing Launch Specialist

Key Activities:
1. 50% Planning: Leverage launch strategies from Global BU’s, Country BU’s to develop launch plans with Segment teams and Program Management. Develop appropriate launch budget with business teams in alignment with overall segment/targeting plans
2. 35% Activation: Manage execution of plans and act as a central point of contact for business, segment and program management teams
3. 15% Optimization & Reporting: Monitor and adjust Hero and key launch activity based upon ROI from Marketing Operations Reports. Update LoB consolidated activity information to business/segment teams
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering and/or 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a technical or manufacturing company
• Minimum +5 years of experience developing and executing integrated launch plans
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems ( a plus
• Strategic design of business process in a complex and matrix environments
• Ability to manage various stakeholders and build bridges at the global and local levels across product management, engineering, marketing, sales, etc.
• Excellent consulting and coaching skills
• Track record of building revenue
• Digital savvy (eMail, social media, search engine marketing and web)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, including the ability to be well-organized and detail oriented
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Workfront and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus
• Personal qualities: self-driven, perseverant, reliable, direct, detail oriented, curious and creative
• Business proposals, market research and/or related presentation samples may be required as writing/planning examples.
