• Maintains high level of personal standards and conduct • Provide punctual and thorough repair and maintenance of the client standard products and accessories • Providing the Service Manager with any and all communications that affect the management of the Service and/or rental Department • Possess a through knowledge of service area programs, and takes personal initiative in order to implement according to the highest customer service standards • Troubleshoot, and repair to assembly/component level • Record and maintain essential test and performance data • Provide phone support to customer’s technical and logistic questions and problems - Provide Team support in manufacturing process - Provide Team support in rental duties - Provide Team support in Administrative duties - Provide Team support in Logistic Duties - Lifting of 30 lbs is required
Technical skills in electronics repair (testing, calibration, disassembly, repair, assembly) are required. Tracking of the rental equipment through the system.
administrative duties involving general computer literacy and familiarity with SAP system. the duties involving technical support over phone and e-mail (not involving hands-on repairs).
Familiarity with SAP system is a plus. Electronics technician/technologist diploma or similar/equivalent is a an asset.
• Constructs, maintains, and tests electronic gas detection equipment, machinery, and components. • Identifies parts for replacement and equipment that need new parts and places orders as necessary. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. • May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. • May require 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
