Key Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, quality control, and maintenance positions. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods. • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Must be documented on the resume. • Fluent in English and Canadian French (written and spoken).
