Description: Job title: Shipping Administrative Clerk
The Shipping Coordinator will provide administrative shipping support in a fast-paced environment with the business unit, and will be primarily be responsible for clerical duties related to the following: ** Mainly is a desk role within the warehouse ** • efficiently loading and unloading packaged and bulk trucks this will include order check-in/out, preparation, and vehicle dock placement utilizing the SAP software system; • effectively communicating when relaying customer requests/requirements including but not limited to special requirements to the Warehouse and Operations team to achieve a satisfying experience for customers and their transportation carriers; • interact with the customer service team frequently, answer and place phone calls often • cycle counting and other SAP warehouse management tasks including blackout recovery • direct communication with truck drivers, carrier dispatch, warehouse operators, plant management, shipping staff, customer service, and transportation teams • performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Requirement: Min. High school/GED Min. 2 years of experience in Administrative role Have some Customer Service experience Preferred: SAP experience Working in a Shipping/Receiving environment |
