Customer Service Representative
-This role will receive and process customer orders following standard procedures; assist customers and senior staff with order status, invoices, and other information needed to complete an order; troubleshoot customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to senior staff members. -This is not a call center environment. Other Responsibilities: • Handle inbound requests from internal and external customers via Service Cloud (Salesforce) • Respond to customers via Service Cloud (Salesforce) including telephone on rare occasion • Recognize individual customer service needs quickly and resolve inquiries in a timely manner • Handle complaints and call out any issues where appropriate • Maintain and update customer related information in Salesforce, SAP, and/or AS400 (XLDM/XLGO) • Ability to function in a very fast-paced environment and successfully work with a team and independently Qualifications: • High School Diploma • At least 1 year in Customer service in an office setting, preferably in a production environment • Order management experience – ie: SAP, AS400 • Excellent Computer Skills • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Intermediate skill level with MS Excel • Effective time management and self-accountability • High level of professionalism |
