Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION

Client is seeking a detail-oriented temporary employee to support document management, scanning, and printing operations across multiple departments. 

This role will play a key part in our document digitization efforts, while also assisting with the production of job bags and employee name plates. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with confidential information, possess strong organizational skills, and be willing to learn specialized printing and engraving equipment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Scan, organize, index, and electronically file documents for multiple departments.

Ensure scanned documents are accurately labeled, stored, and maintained according to our records retention initiative.

Print and assemble job bags using plotter equipment.

Create and print employee name plates using automated engraving equipment.

Maintain document control and filing accuracy.

Assist with copying, printing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Follow company procedures regarding confidential and proprietary information.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Support additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.

Soft skills including collaboration across multiple departments.

Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous office, administrative, records management, or document control experience preferred.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to learn new software systems and equipment quickly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Professional communication skills.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.

Ability to structure scanning, record and file electronically (Windows)
