Description:

* We are seeking a Project Manager to drive execution and coordination of complex engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with operational excellence standards.

 
Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
* Monitor progress, performance metrics, and key milestones; provide regular status updates to leadership
* Drive adherence to Operating System (HOS) and project management best practices
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
* Support change management processes, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO)
 
Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in project management, Finance, or operations
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
* Ability to work onsite in Aguadilla, PR
 
Preferred Qualifications

* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
* Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
* Familiarity with Honeywell Operating System (HOS) or similar frameworks
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
