• In this role, you will have a direct impact on the development of our factory test equipment and contribute to the success of our Ring Laser Gyro and Inertial Measurement products. • Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of new equipment builds.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee project building and validation of Factory Test Equipment. • Develop and manage project schedules. • Establish new build processes for custom factory equipment. • Apply technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge to Factory Test Equipment (FTE). • Integration of test solution designs into working systems for the Factory. • Interface with vendors and suppliers for BOM development and acquisition of parts for equipment builds. • Generate engineering documents for the FTE – schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, specifications, etc.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development. • Experience with equipment testing and validation. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
