Job Description
•Lead supply chain activities across the network to deploy the client Global Design Model (GDM) and drive full adoption throughout your assigned sites. 
•In this role, you will oversee the monthly Production Planning cycle, ensuring finished goods production plans align with both site‑level and network Supply Plans. 
•Your efforts will support maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining working capital within business targets. 
•You will also ensure that network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules effectively optimize labor and machine resources to meet goals for cost control, productivity, and working‑capital performance.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead the monthly Production Planning cycle for assigned product cells at the Tempe site.
•Ensure Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine utilization.
•Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues related to demand, capacity constraints, and material availability.
•Support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.
•Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present risks, and discuss mitigation strategies with leadership.
•Present updates during weekly Cell SIOP meetings, including CTB status, forward‑looking production schedules, and improvement opportunities.
•Drive customer satisfaction while ensuring working capital aligns with business objectives.
•Participate in monthly Customer Business Team meetings focused on Supply Plan reconciliation.
•Work weekly accelerations to improve delivery performance and meet inventory targets.

You Must Have
•7+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management, or related operational planning functions.
•3+ years of Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment (defense or aerospace preferred).
•5+ years of SAP ERP planning experience.
•Due to export regulations, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident status is required.
