·This client Enterprise Information Technology position involves leveraging ServiceNow to provide automated workflow process in support of aircraft in the field F-35, C-130, C-5, U-2, F-16 and F-22. The position will be working with a 9 person agile team to automated processes and provide functionality to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Leverage ServiceNow to automate processes - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications which support key Aeronautics Sustainment Organization - Develop code which interacts with relational databases (e.g. SQLServer, Oracle) This position requires U.S. Citizenship
Basic Qualifications: ·Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including
·Scoped Application Development ·Customer Service Management (CSM) ·Flow Designer ·Form Design ·Table creation and management
·Familiar with data sources and import sets (JDBC and IntegrationHub) ·Familiar with ServiceNow Glide JavaScript Framework ·Able to communicate with stakeholders to provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and receive feedback to iterate on in an agile environment.
