• Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist
• Client is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic procurement initiatives that deliver measurable value across cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply chain continuity. • This role is integral to operational excellence and long-term sourcing strategy.
• As a key member of the sourcing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices. • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and a proven ability to influence change across complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure sourcing alignment • Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers; lead contract negotiations and relationship management • Implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness • Monitor market dynamics and industry trends to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance • Demonstrated success in driving cost savings and improving supplier performance • Strong project management and communication skills • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
