• Qualifications:
• Prevailing Wage (CA) Experience – 2+ years
• Experience with Certified Payroll Reporting entries on the DIR,
• Preferred Experience with these reporting software - LCP Tracker, Elation, and EMARS
• Contribution Training Funds submittals
• Compliance Reporting
• Some administrative experience preferred.
• Construction industry would be a plus.
• Midsize – large company.
Skills:
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with UKG and Kronos preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Able to be flexible with changes in system, process, and policy
• Ability to work a full time schedule and overtime as needed
• The pace is fast and structure, meeting deadlines and accountability if key.
• Candidate must be able to work independently and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Kronos and Payroll Analyst will be a member of the payroll operations team working with the vendor to ensure that all Kronos payrolls are processed, filed, audited and correctly paid to each employee’s record.
• This role will be the primary point for the areas related to Kronos payroll processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll related processes in accordance with Federal and State and Local laws.
• Prepare documentation on all processes involving the Kronos system and other payroll related processes as needed.
• Manage special projects/tasks, and provide support to Payroll Team as a Kronos expert.
• Collaborate and communicate with business partners, peers and other departments to ensure organizational and vendor expectations are met.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all projects that require Kronos expertise.
