Job Responsibilities: - • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. • - Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. • - May assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers. • - Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. • - Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.

Typical task breakdown: • Facilitate engaging and effective instructor-led training (ILT) in person, across multiple audiences and functional areas. • Adapt facilitation style to align with audience needs, change readiness, and program goals. • Serve as the “voice of the learner” by actively gathering feedback to improve learning effectiveness. Content Development • Design and develop clear, concise, and high-impact training materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, and presentations. • Collaborate with SMEs and change management teams to translate complex topics into learner-friendly materials. • Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design. • Optimize learning paths using blended modalities. • Works well within guidelines provided by the organization.

Education & Experience Required: -3+ years experience - Degree preferred
