* This position is responsible for technical and administrative work supporting the daily operations of the Procurement Department of the Administrative Office of the Courts. * The essential function of this position within the organization is the accountability of capital items circuit-wide. * The position is responsible for identifying capital equipment items and for maintaining current and accurate records on transactions modifying any capital item. * Work requires the exercise of initiative, independent judgment and discretion when completing administrative and clerical assignments. * Supervision is received from the Purchasing Manager who reviews progress and completed work for adherence to county and state guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance. |
