* We are seeking candidates’ with an analytical/strategic viewpoint (potential technical facilitation background can be even more helpful). * There are numerous systems and process that they will be training on, so that background is going to be of great value. * A candidate with a facilitation background for “soft skills” may not necessarily be the right match. Someone with a “mind for process.” * Candidates selected for this project will be responsible for coordinating and implementing all aspects of training programs for internal associates across the organization. * Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Delivering virtual and instructor led training • Review and select appropriate materials for training resources • Create an engagement environment that is conductive to learning and informative • Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements • Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the field as needed • Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to provide suggested changes for improvement to leaders within the department • Makes decisions regarding their work methodology and requires minimal direction REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors’ Degree • Minimum of 2 years of experience handling duties as detailed above • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Primarily Outlook, Project, & PowerPoint)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: • Master’s Degree • Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles • Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience • Experience managing projects or processes |
