Administrative Assistant Representative is responsible for carrying out general office functions of the branch. Dependent on the size of the branch, the Specialist may be responsible for part or all of the following, and may include other tasks not listed below:
Personnel Functions: • Reviews all scheduled homecare daily in preparation for payroll, and billing approvals by manager • Reports any client or staff issues to supervisor promptly • May participate in administrative on call backed up by professional staff for client/family issues • Other clerical duties may include maintaining databases, faxing and scanning patient information, answering phones, and updating patient account information. • Ensures that requests for homecare service are filled promptly, and scheduled into computer in a timely manner • Assist recruiting specialist and/or branch director in all tasks of hiring Caregivers and LPN’s • Assist with State and Company Compliance expectations for both staff and clients. • Assist with all general office functions of the branch.

Must Have: High School Diploma *Experience in recruiting, hiring, human resources, and office responsibilities *Home Care, Hospice, or Home Health experience is a plus *Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn client based programs *Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written |
