The Talent Acquisition Representative is responsible for carrying out the day to day personnel recruiting, and general office functions of the branch. Dependent on the size of the branch, the Specialist may be responsible for part or all of the following:
Personnel Functions: • Performs initial phone screening with potential applicant per Company at Home-SeniorBridge guidelines • Ensures that all required pre-employment documentation is completed by prospective candidates per company hiring guidelines and accurately data enters the information into Rosalind • Schedules interviews and performs all background checks for prospective candidates • Schedules, coordinates and performs administrative portion of orientation for approved candidates • Data enters all information for new paraprofessional hires into Rosalind and maintains the Associate’s physical employee file as appropriate • Reviews all scheduled homecare daily in preparation for payroll, and billing approvals by manager • Reports any client or staff issues to supervisor promptly • May participate in administrative on call backed up by professional staff for client/family issues • Participate in after hours On-call
Must Have: • High School Diploma • Experience in Recruiting, hiring and Human resources • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
Role Desirables: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload • Proficient with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Bilingual Spanish/English
