• Looking for a candidate that has extensive experience working in a virtual environment. • The majority of the team is in a virtual setting. • Candidates must have a healthcare background and have experience facilitating virtual training.
• Hiring Leader will consider a work from home virtual facilitator. The candidate must have experience training and leading in a virtual capacity for a number of years. Upon onboarding, training will be provided.
Role descriptions: • Facilitates external (provider) virtual training sessions • Facilitates internal virtual training sessions • Update user guide / documentation • Supports new users on an analytics platform • Updates excel reports for tracking internal / external trained users
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 3 yrs of Training within a virtual setting / facilitation skills • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office • Organizational skills are essential, good interpersonal and team skills
Desirables: • Experience with training provider groups • Project management experience • Experience with developing communication materials
