Duties:
• Will work on a 4-6 month assignment to configure and administer Company’s implemented Business Continuity Management software system (ResilienceOne). • Will conduct needed configuration adjustments, create basic training guides for use, and work to import Company’s existing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documents and plans into the software. • Will also support users as they begin to use the system. • May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and/or 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Typically reports to a manager. Desired Skills: • 1-3 years Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery planning experience, more is better • 1-3 years experience using BCM planning software, preferably Resilience One but other leading software also acceptable • Effective analytical and communication skills, problem solving, critical thinking, organized thinking and execution • Self-starter; works independently, with urgency, and sometimes with less than the ideal amount of information.
