Summary: The Order Processing Administrative Assistant supports the Order Processing organization. This position provides general administrative support as well as order processing operations support. Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support to the Director and Managers. • Prepares correspondence, presentations, and reports. • Maintain personnel files for the department. • Coordinate meetings, travel, expense processing and other related tasks. • Sort and distribute invoices for Fire Domain Order Processing teams. • Work with management on special projects as required. • Keep the workplace well-equipped and stocked for the staff. • Keep up to date with new policies. • Assist in events to support the team during month end. • Perform all other duties as required by management Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative position. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Extreme multi-tasking ability and prioritization is considered essential. |
