Program Specialist I
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED AND ONE YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE and STRONG CSR PREFERRED
- The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for answering call from our educator certification telephone line.
- This position is one that requires good attendance, attentiveness to quality work as well as excellent communication and customer service.
- All specialist are held to a high customer service, call quality standards and are expected to answer a targeted number of calls per day.
- Specialist are expected to be either on a call, completing after call documentation or in call available status for the majority of their work day.
We are looking for quick learners with excellent work and study habits, who are organized, have strong computer stills, written and verbal communication skills and can provide excellent customer service, accurate information and remain calm in a high volume work environment.
One year of call center experience is preferred however we will consider strong customer service.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
