Job Description

Job Purpose: Under direct supervision, Provides screening/background investigations for the purpose of employment which will require record searches of sensitive and confidential information from enforcement agencies, financial and educational institutions, etc. for all levels of employment.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related business field or equivalent work experience 2. 0+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in Human Resources or related field of study
2. Ability to work with multi-functional areas.
3. Self-starter that takes actions without instructions.
4. Ability to gain the confidence of all levels of management through high standards of performance.
5. Excellent knowledge of HR operations and administrations.
6. Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.
7. High standard of integrity and reliability.

Primary (Essential) Job Functions (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.):
1. Perform high-level investigations and coordinate responses based on escalation risk mitigation procedures.
2. Serve as a point of contact regarding employment investigations that involves law enforcement contact.
3. Document employment packages to ensure compliance with local, state, or federal laws.
4. Work with Employee Relations regarding possible investigative employment issues.
5. Develop tracking and applicant flow process.
6. Provide daily advice and interpretation to managers and supervisors as well as to outside applicants to make sure that federal, state, and corporate policies are administered in a consistent and fair way.
7. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
8. Ability to meet attendance requirements.
9. Ability to work extended hours.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develops and executes sourcing strategy while identifying top talent, independently and creatively source talent
• Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
• Conducts phone screens, manages interview process, and coordinates interview debriefs while providing a consultative value
• Executes offer process from negotiation to onboarding
• Focuses on candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers
• Supports college recruiting efforts throughout the organization
• Develops expert-level knowledge of the applicant tracking system
• Learns our company, our businesses, our complexity, and our products to be able to explain and provide a business case for candidates wanting to work for us
• Leads and participates in cross functional projects as it relates to talent, recruiting, sourcing, and landing top talent to the organization
• Engages in continuous development as it relates to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP), Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), general compliance, military hiring, and other diversity initiatives
