Support quality system activities including internal audits, quality planning and Work Instruction maintenance. • Compile and maintain quality system metrics related to customer returns, internal defects, non-conforming material and process audits. • Administrate the corrective action program. • Review and approve corrective action responses and perform follow-up audits. • Support Customer communications to facilitate and improve product quality and delivery as needed. • Support Supplier purchased product, interface with internal groups and Supplier Quality to facilitate problem resolution. Basic Qualifications • BS in Engineering or other Technical Field with 2 years experience. • Will consider new college graduates with relevant internship or work experience. Additional Qualifications: • Focused on achieving results through and with others with a strong commitment to task. • •Effective oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and communicate with all levels and personnel and management. • Strong Microsoft Office Products skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Word. • Must be a US Citizen Only -Knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and practices applicable to the manufacture of aerospace products including regulatory, military, commercial, and industry/customer standards as applicable (e.g., ISO9000, AS9001) - Knowledge, skill and experience with wide range of Quality Systems and manufacturing processes - Ability to analyze internal and external data to drive product / process improvement
