Provisioning, Inventory and Decommissioning services are part of Telecom Order Management and the main reason for this position. This position is critical towards projects and ongoing BAU requests involving consultation with internal IT teams, our Telecom vendors and the use of the Telecom vendor’s portals to proceed with the Order Management process. Critical reasons; 1.) Managing Provisioning and delivering is a critical service to the business as Retail Stores, Sales Office and Supply Chain (which are built or remodeled), must meet certain timelines for "go live" regarding Telecom (which besides Telecom circuits, also include Fire and Law enforcement circuits);
2.) Managing Decommissioning and Inventory constitutes critical support to the financial bottom line as this provides cost savings/avoidance to the company with accurate and prompt delivery removing the billing components. In addition to the Provisioning aspects, this individual works in tandem with TEM where responsibilities will include order tracking from an expense perspective. Additional responsibilities include; manage phone line feature changes, oversees the service delivery of all Provisioning and Decommissioning providing communication of any delays to management.
