• PC/Desktop/hand-held support tech. with at least 2 years of technical work experience, having good communication skills (both oral and written). • The position requires the person to work with iOS (apple) devices to address hardware issues, 3rd party software questions, deploy new versions of home grown applications, managing devices using MaaS360 Mobile Device Management(MDM) system, test iOS applications, talk to customers with issues over phone and must be able to follow instructions and be able to document procedure for device management.
