• This position will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of replacement computer systems (hardware refreshes) at Client end
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of common imaging/deployment methodologies (especially SCCM), Windows 10, and MS Office.
• S/he will document, track, and monitor the deployment of computer assets, maintaining a thorough and complete inventory of refreshed systems.
• HS Diploma required; Associate's degree in an IT-related area preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in an IT service desk field strongly desired.
• Candidate has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.
• Must be a customer focused, highly organized self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and work without close supervision.
