Basic Qualifications: • Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent US Resident to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of industry experience in an engineering role.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for executing Engineering design and development tasks and coordinating the activities of support organizations in pneumatic valve product realization and/or fielded product improvement activities. • Lead cross-functional teams through the design, development, and qualification process to arrive at solutions that satisfy requirements of both internal and external customers. • Organize and define development and qualification objectives based on specified requirements for new designs and/or design improvements to existing valves. • Coordinate development/qualification activities, including test procedures, procurement, actual testing, analysis of test data, and documenting test results. • Interface with suppliers, internal customers, and external customers to manage program to meet objectives. • Plan, monitor, and report on program schedule and budgets and engineering resource utilization.
EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
